Client / Authority: PW Integrated (M) Unit, Nagpur, Government of Maharashtra.
Execution Strategy: Strategic joint venture / partnership executed with civil contractor M/s. Sadiq and Company. VHR Electricals served as the dedicated electrical partner responsible for all electrification infrastructure for the site.
Project Financials: The initial estimated cost of the work was ₹68,63,51,104.00 (₹68.63 Crores). The final accepted contract cost stood at ₹71,43,68,237.00 (₹71.43 Crores). An initial Security Deposit of ₹35,00,000 was remitted via ICICI Bank.
Project Timeline: Stipulated completion within 18 calendar months (including the monsoon season), with a Defect Liability Period (DLP) extending for 120 calendar months.

₹27.97 Crores Accepted Cost PW Division, Amravati

Client / Authority: PW Division, Amravati, Government of Maharashtra.
Execution Strategy: Undertaken in partnership with M/s. Sadiq & Co. for turnkey civil and MEP delivery.
Project Scope: Comprehensive electrical infrastructure scaling to support the hospital's capacity expansion from 50 to 100 beds.
Project Financials: The estimated project cost was ₹35,94,75,727.00 (₹35.94 Crores), with the accepted contract cost finalized at ₹27,97,96,799.00 (₹27.97 Crores). A Performance Security Deposit of ₹6,86,85,000.00 was secured via UCO Bank.
Project Timeline: Allocated 24 calendar months for completion, inclusive of monsoon periods, with a 120-month Defect Liability Period.

₹30.20 Crores Accepted Offer PW Division, Amravati

Client / Authority: PW Division, Amravati, Government of Maharashtra.
Execution Strategy: Executed jointly with M/s. Sadiq & Co.
Project Scope: Complete electrical installation for the newly constructed main building, upgrading the facility from a 30-bedded rural hospital to a 50-bedded Sub District Hospital.
Project Financials: Estimated at ₹39,11,23,642.00 (₹39.11 Crores) with an accepted offer of ₹30,20,30,306.00 (₹30.20 Crores). Supported by a Performance Security Deposit of ₹8,43,27,000.00.
Project Timeline: 24-month execution window (including monsoons) and a 120-month DLP.

Client / Authority: Executive Engineer, Nagpur Electrical Division, P.W. Deptt., Nagpur.
Project Scope & Component Breakdown: A fully integrated electrical and mechanical deployment spanning six distinct technical sections:
- Section 1: Internal Electrification for 550 individual points (Value: ₹29,30,016.00).
- Section 2: Campus Street Light Work (Value: ₹10,11,631.13).
- Section 4: SITC of a 120 KVA Diesel Generating Set (Value: ₹8,69,593.44).
- Section 5: Integrated Fire Fighting System in collaboration with MOU-GENTECH Engineering Services (Value: ₹9,24,138.20).
- Section 6: High Tension (HT) Overhead Line integration and 200 KVA Transformer installation (Value: ₹8,27,162.72).
Project Financials: The total cost of actual work done was ₹65,62,541.50 against an initial work order of ₹76,76,586.00.
Status: Officially certified as completed satisfactorily on June 29, 2021.

National Premier Institute

Project Scope: High-precision architectural and stage electrification for the institute's auditorium.
Execution Details: The project involved complex acoustic-safe lighting grids, illuminated suspended stage lighting rigs, ceiling ambient illumination, suspended Audio-Visual (AV) screen power integration, and specialized exterior facade illumination highlighting architectural murals and features.

₹55.99 Lakhs Agreement VANAMATI Nagpur

Client / Authority: Vasantrao Naik State Agricultural Extension Management Training Institute (VANAMATI), Nagpur.
Project Scope: Comprehensive electrical installation for the women's hostel building within the Vanamati campus.
Project Financials: The initial tender was valued at ₹66,66,009/-, with the final agreement finalized at ₹55,99,514/-.
Project Timeline: Executed on a rigid 100-day timeline starting from the issuance date in April 2023.

Project Scope: Complete electrical installation work alongside the integration of a Solar Water Heater system.
Project Financials: Actual executed work was valued at ₹17,97,774.00 against an initial order of ₹19,21,494.00.
Status: Certified as completed satisfactorily on August 15, 2019.

₹12.01 Lakhs Awarded CSIR-NEERI

Client / Authority: Engineering Service Unit, CSIR-NEERI.
Project Scope: Specialized supply, provision, and fixing of Automatic Power Factor Controllers (APFC) at the main electrical substation, coupled with the integration of precision energy meters.
Project Financials: Total awarded sum of ₹12,01,875.00.
Project Timeline: Strictly executed within a 3-month window mandated by the institute.

₹25.47 Lakhs + GST Sadiq & Co.

Client / Authority: Sadiq & Co. (Engineers & Contractors).
Project Scope: Turnkey SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) of three heavy-duty 62.5 KVA Diesel Generators. The technical scope included AMF Panels, structural cement concrete foundation pouring, main cabling, and comprehensive earthing strips.
Execution Sites:
- 1. Sadiq & Co. Head Office, Mankapur.
- 2. Sukoon Appartment, Nelson Square, Nagpur.
- 3. Heavy construction site at IGMC Mayo, Nagpur.
Project Financials: Executed at ₹8.49 Lakhs per unit, totaling ₹25.47 Lakhs plus GST.

₹60.66 Lakhs Executed Certified Capacity & Performance

Client / Authority: Office of Cantonment Board, Chhaoni Parishad Karyalay, Kamptee.
Project Scope: Extensive public street lighting infrastructure. The scope required providing existing street light fittings along the roadside of National Highway-7 passing directly through the Cantonment area, spanning from the Cavalry Bazar bridge to the Kanhan river bridge.
Project Financials: The final executed work value stood at ₹60,66,147/-.
Status: Officially certified for satisfactory contractor capacity, performance, and resource organization.
